Fear is the body’s natural response to danger, an automatic alarm that goes off when we feel threatened. It’s normal to worry and feel tense or scared when under pressure or facing a stressful situation.
It may be unpleasant but fear can help us stay alert and focused, and motivates us to solve problems.
How do you know you crossed the line from normal fear into anxiety? Anxiety is a future oriented mood state; it is constant or overwhelming; it interferes with your relationships and activities.
