Balance the Mind
The mind and brain together can do a lot of good work. We can use the mind to regulate feelings and strengthen the pathways of good feelings
that the brain creates in the body. There are different ways of doing this. One of them is mental imagery. It is a technique using the brain and mind’s ability to collaborate and positively respond to images. We should let the mind and brain work for us not against.

Perhaps, we don’t have sufficient understanding but we know that we can visualize, create mental images of objects, scenes, events or even ideas and feelings. Imagination comes from a neural network which spreads across a large area of the brain. This triggers neural associations.
There is no substantial difference in what happens in the brain when we see something or when we imagine something. The brain responds similarly to both imaginative or physical. This is a quite an amazing capability of the brain. We can use this and intentionally create new neural connections.
Brain balancing technique
You can do this technique while sitting, which is more comfortable, or standing. Take few deep breaths with closed eyes. Roll the closed eyes clockwise 360 degrees and then counter clockwise 360 degrees. Take a deep breath, hold it and count to 5. Deep exhale and start humming softly. To finish take few normal breaths whit open eyes. Effects: This balancing technique improves the neural communication in your brain – it stimulates & activates network throughout the brain in both hemispheres and it activates motor cortex, frontal lobe, and cerebrum.
